Job Overview:Job Summary**The Recruiting Coordinator supports the recruitment team at Primoris Energy Services in Hubbard, TX, by managing administrative tasks, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. This role is crucial in facilitating efficient recruitment operations and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Job Responsibilities*** Schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person) for candidates with hiring managers and interview panels, coordinating calendars and sending confirmations.* Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) by updating candidate statuses, inputting data, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.* Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.* Prepare offer letters, new hire paperwork, and assist with pre-employment screenings (background checks, drug tests) as needed.* Coordinate travel arrangements for out-of-town candidates.* Assist with the development and posting of job descriptions on various job boards and career sites.* Support recruitment events, career fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.* Maintain organized recruitment files and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.* Generate recruitment reports and provide data as requested by the HR team.* Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.Job Qualifications*** High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.* 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within Human Resources or Recruitment.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desirable.* Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Strong customer service orientation with a professional and approachable demeanor.* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for occasional travel to local recruitment events.Company Overview:Primoris Energy Services is a major direct-hire contractor in the U.S. delivering self-performed turnkey industrial construction and EPC services.
