This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process while delivering a high-touch candidate experience Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define talent profiles, establish recruiting strategies, and lead effective selection processes. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using networking, referrals, direct outreach, social media, and talent communities to source qualified candidates. Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with a focus on critical and hard-to-fill positions. Assess and qualify candidates to ensure alignment with technical requirements, organizational culture, and long-term potential. Coach hiring teams on interview best practices, candidate engagement, and selection decisions. Drive offer development and negotiation efforts, partnering with HR and leadership to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. Utilize Greenhouse, recruiting platforms, and recruiting metrics to manage workflows, track progress, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Support employer branding initiatives by representing the organization through networking events, industry associations, and recruiting campaigns. Maintain compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and recruiting processes throughout the hiring lifecycle. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience sourcing and hiring talent in competitive markets. Strong partnership and consultative skills with hiring managers. Proficiency with Greenhouse or other ATS Platforms, sourcing tools, and HR technology. Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting within construction, engineering, or professional services. Success sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines. Experience negotiating offers and closing candidates. Knowledge of talent market trends and sourcing strategies. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
