Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator with experience processing biweekly payroll, maintaining employee records, reconciling reports, and supporting onboarding activities. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and working knowledge of Paylocity. Onsite - Weston, MA

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process biweekly payroll using Paylocity
- Maintain employee records, timekeeping data, and related documentation
- Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist with employee onboarding and setup within payroll and timekeeping systems
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, scheduling, and ordering office supplies
- 3-5 years of payroll and administrative experience required
- Working knowledge of Paylocity
- Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Quickbooks experience strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, welcoming demeanor
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
