Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Skilled Nursing Facility Now Staffing Full Time Speech Language Pathologists for Rehab Department in state‑of‑the‑art SNFs throughout NYC and surrounding areas. Flagstar Rehab SLPs work with a diverse and multi‑disciplinary team to perform evaluations, treatments, and patient/family education to improve speech and swallow capabilities and functional daily life. Compensation Hourly Pay Rate: $50 Hourly (W‑2), $65 Hourly (1099) Job Duties Provide efficient speech or swallow evaluations and/or screens of patients. Develop plan of care, downgrade/upgrade as appropriate, manage meal texture. Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, covering conditions such as TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnoses.
