Giannotti and Associates, LLC helps individuals, families, and small businesses find affordable business and health coverage. We are a team that invests in our advisors' success — and we are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative ready to build a rewarding career in insurance sales.

What You'll Do
Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, guiding prospects toward the right coverage.
Nurture leads and identify new sales opportunities to consistently hit and exceed targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and referrals.
Partner with the account management team to ensure client satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activity in our CRM.
What You Bring
Sales experience — a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
Communication skills — excellent written and verbal communication with strong negotiation ability.
Client focus — a service mindset and the ability to address varying client needs effectively.
Drive and organization — self-motivation, adaptability, and the time-management skills to juggle multiple clients.
Nice to have — prior CRM experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (equivalent experience is welcome).

Location: On-site in Alpharetta, GA. Candidates must currently reside in Georgia.
Schedule: Full-time.
Compensation: Commission-based with uncapped earning potential.
