We're looking for a detail‑oriented professional who can confidently manage billing processes, customer accounts, and payment activities while delivering exceptional customer service. Experience with EZClaim and TriZetto software is highly preferred. What You'll Do Process monthly billing and maintain accurate customer account records. Review invoices and billing information to ensure accuracy and completeness. Post payments, process adjustments, and reconcile customer accounts. Research and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account questions. Communicate with customers and family members regarding billing inquiries in a professional and compassionate manner. Monitor past‑due accounts and assist with collections activities while maintaining excellent customer relations. Update account information related to equipment activations, deactivations, service changes, and account modifications. Maintain accurate documentation and customer records within company systems. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing information is current and accurate. Prepare reports and assist with administrative projects as needed.
