Store General Manager

General Manager Reports To: Regional Director Job Type: Full Time Employee Department: Operations Location: Sandy Springs, GA Job Duties (including but are not limited to the following) Ensure full compliance with company standards, policies, and operational procedures across the bakery Monitor store performance and ensure alignment with company goals and KPIs Analyze sales, labor, and cost metrics; implement action plans to improve performance Maintain brand standards in product quality, service, and store presentation Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure consistency and efficiency Train, coach, and support franchisee and staff on operational excellence and service standards Conduct regular store evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations Support inventory control, ordering processes, and cost management to minimize waste Handle escalated customer issues and ensure proper resolution aligned with brand values Collaborate with corporate teams (marketing, operations, R&D) to implement new initiatives Execute corporate-driven promotions and local store marketing efforts Drive customer satisfaction and strengthen brand reputation within the community Identify operational gaps and proactively recommend improvements to franchisee and corporate Qualifications 5+ years of successful bakery management history, experiences with bread a plus Basic food safety understanding and practice Intermediate knowledge of MS office Suite Word, Excel, and PowerPoint About the Company CJ has been leading the food industry in Korea, and it is now turning to the global market with efforts to bring to the world the taste and culture of Korean food.
