Job Description

The Logistics & Inventory Manager leads all inventory, warehouse, and logistics operations, overseeing both the Inventory and Shipping & Receiving teams. This role is responsible for optimizing material flow, ensuring inventory accuracy, and driving operational efficiency across the supply chain. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience and previous work in the manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead Inventory Supervisor and Shipping & Receiving Supervisor.
• Oversee end-to-end inventory control, warehousing, and logistics operations.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and process improvements.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, cycle count programs, and audit compliance.
• Ensure AS9100 compliance.
• Optimize logistics strategies, including carrier selection and freight costs.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and planning teams.
• Analyze KPIs (inventory turns, shrinkage, on-time delivery, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and performance of logistics operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
• Lead ERP optimization and data integrity efforts.

Essential Skills

• 5–8+ years of supply chain, logistics, or inventory experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, and distribution.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (required).
• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with IQMS ERP system.
• Familiarity with shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
• Knowledge of international shipping is highly preferred.

Work Environment

Work from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, in an air-conditioned work environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Boca Raton, FL.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

Medical, dental, 401k - long term short term disability - pto as well.

This is a fully onsite position in Boca Raton,FL.

This position is anticipated to close on Jul 10, 2026.
