Dire Wolf Tavern is looking for a passionate, driven Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen and elevate our scratch-made tavern fare. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building strong teams, and take pride in great food done right, this might be your next move.

What You'll Do
- Support our Chef in all daily kitchen operations
- Lead, coach, and motivate the BOH team during service
- Ensure consistent food quality, plating, and execution
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Assist with ordering, inventory, and food cost control
- Jump on the line when needed and lead by example
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive starting salary of $65,000 - $70,000

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen (lead or sous chef experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for scratch cooking and quality ingredients
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and positive under pressure
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- A team-first mindset with a desire to grow
