• Drive culinary excellence through innovative, seasonal menus designed to captivate and inspire
• Cultivate and mentor a high-performing team that shares your passion for excellence
• Utilize efficient systems for execution, quality control, and consistency under pressure
• Collaborate with FOH and beverage leaders to create unforgettable, holistic guest experiences
• Manage food cost, inventory, and vendor relationships with a sharp business acumen
• Set and enforce uncompromising standards of cleanliness, safety, and discipline

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience as a Sous Chef in an upscale scratch kitchen
• Strong presence on the hot line with a hands-on leadership style
• Proven ability to inspire, coach, and retain talented culinary professionals
• Understanding of financial and operational management skills
• Relentless drive, creativity, and a passion for pushing boundaries
