Head of Content Marketing

- Define and advance Nomura Asset Management’s content strategy
- Lead a team of content marketers and investment writers
- Develop and commercialize investment insights
- Elevate the voices of investment experts and strengthen the firm’s thought leadership position
- Create distinctive, brand-consistent content experiences that inspire clients to act
- Deliver multi-format content featuring thought leaders and investment teams
- Partner with the Chief Investment Strategist to build a market insights platform
- Translate complex market developments into timely, practical perspectives and portfolio implications
- Lead content development, activation, and global distribution of annual outlooks and macroeconomic insights
- Develop and oversee the editorial strategy and calendar across web content, marketing emails, and social media
- Monitor the competitive landscape and evolution of leading content organizations
- Survey client-facing teams and gather feedback to identify client needs and content opportunities
- Test amplification strategies across digital channels, social media, and client-facing platforms
- Track and report KPIs including traffic, engagement, and conversion
- Manage and amplify executive thought leaders’ social profiles
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing within financial services
- Experience leading high-performing marketing teams within a global, matrixed organization
- Deep knowledge of investment markets and the needs of institutional and wealth management audiences
- Proven ability to build thought leadership platforms and translate complex investment insights into clear, compelling narratives
- Expertise in modern content distribution and discovery, including digital amplification, search optimization, and emerging AI-driven platforms
- Exceptional storytelling, messaging, and editorial judgment across multiple channels and formats
- Strong track record partnering with investment, product, distribution, and media stakeholders
- Ability to align content with commercial priorities and measurable business outcomes
