Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description The Maintenance Mechanic has wide‑ranging responsibilities for the electrical and mechanical systems at the assigned buildings, including the following. Perform service requests, ensuring work is executed professionally, efficiently and with minimal disruption to the client. Complete general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing repairs, changing light bulbs/ballasts, hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, repairing office furniture systems. Respond effectively to emergencies and support after‑hours building‑related activity as requested. Troubleshoot system and equipment failures. Comply with policies for the safe storage, usage and disposal of hazardous materials. Maintain records for work completed in a neat and organized manner. Maintain machinery, equipment and tools in working order. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Perform other maintenance duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and use ladders up to 26 ft. Electrical and mechanical aptitude. Knowledge of office furniture systems. Team player, hard worker with good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well verbally, via email and in written reports. Speak fluent English. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1–2 years related experience. Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms. Experience as a Maintenance Technician. Location: On‑site – Boulder, CO Estimated compensation for this position: $54,800.00 – $67,200.00 USD per year This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
