Site Coordinator - Danville

Job Description Support Services of Virginia is seeking a Site Coordinator in Danville to provide person-centered support and hands‑on leadership for individuals receiving services. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys coaching team members while helping individuals increase their independence and achieve their personal goals. As a Site Coordinator, you will work alongside individuals in both residential and community settings, encouraging personal development, independence, and active participation in community life. The Site Coordinator is responsible for implementing Individual Support Plans (ISPs), offering leadership, coaching, and guidance to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Assistant Site Coordinators (ASCs), and serving as a role model for Positive Practices while promoting quality service delivery. This position requires daytime, evening, and weekend availability. Overnight hours may also be required based on site needs and staffing requirements. The Site Coordinator reports directly to the Site Service Coordinator or Regional Head of Services.
