WelderSturgeon Bay, Wisconsin - Posted on August 18, 2026 Published By Katie InstefjordTrillium Staffing is currently seeking welders for a direct hire welder opportunity with a growing heavy fabrication manufacturer in the Sturgeon Bay area.This welder role is part of a turnkey fabrication team responsible for welding and assembling large steel components used in industrial applications.Welder Responsibilities:Perform MIG welding using metal-cored and flux-cored wires on large steel componentsRead and interpret blueprints and machine drawings to determine welding requirementsUse grinders to clean and prep parts before and after weldingOperate overhead cranes and jib cranes to position materialsFollow all ISO and OSHA standardsSupport additional duties as assignedBenefits:Health, dental, vision, and life insurance (effective first of the month after hire)Paid short-term disability and parental leave401(k) with company match after 30 daysPaid vacation and holidays available upon hireHSA with employer contributionSemi-annual incentive bonus programTraining and advancement opportunitiesOvertime availableSchedule is 2nd Shift Monday - Thursday 3:30PM - 2:00AM (3-Day Weekend).
