Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans, which may include crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans based on client needs.

• Complete all required documentation accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools collaboratively with the clinical team to enhance client outcomes and monitor progress.

• Participate actively in developing and implementing positive behavior support plans, coordinating with various teams across the facility.

• Engage in all licensing and accreditation activities, ensuring that the clinic meets high standards of care.

• Serve as a liaison with community partners and relevant service systems to facilitate access to resources for clients.

• Foster effective communication among team members and stakeholders in the community, reinforcing our mission and values.

• Forge and maintain connections with local, state, and federal agencies to identify new funding opportunities and collaborative partnerships.

Qualifications\n
