Colleague Health Manager

Hartford Healthcare seeks a Colleague Health Manager to lead employee health programs across our Connecticut network. This role oversees occupational health services, infection prevention compliance, vaccination and screening programs, return‑to‑work evaluations, and workplace safety initiatives. The Manager collaborates with HR, clinical leaders, and safety teams to design evidence‑based policies that protect colleague wellbeing and support regulatory compliance. You will lead a small team, manage data reporting, and drive continuous improvement in a culture of compassion, inclusion, and professional growth.
