This remote position offers convenience and flexibility, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your home while still effectively addressing their needs. Operating in a school setting implies occasional visits to educational institutions to provide hands-on support and consultation. The work hours are typically Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours, adaptable based on the requirements of the clients. On-call availability may also be necessary to support urgent situations or provide after-hours assistance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' psychosocial needs, evaluating emotional, mental, and social factors that contribute to their overall well-being.

• Provide individual and family counseling to assist in navigating life transitions, particularly during challenging academic or personal times.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client well-being through virtual check-ins and on-site visits, identifying improvements or areas needing additional assistance.

• Foster open communication among family members involved in the student’s care, helping to mediate conflicts and ensure cohesive support systems.

• Educate clients and families about local mental health resources, support groups, and programs designed to enhance social engagement and improve overall quality of life.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and progress notes in compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
