Sales Specialists Manager

Leading a team of Sales Specialists, the full-time Manager of Sales Specialists will focus on achieving growth and revenue targets within the Risk business of the Government Segment while working remotely and collaborating with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales initiatives. Key responsibilities Lead a Sales Specialist team to drive new sales and improve customer engagement Develop strategic plans and set priorities in alignment with leadership to meet financial and sales objectives Monitor team performance through coaching, call monitoring, and collaboration with sales support channels Required qualifications B.S. in a related area and/or equivalent work experience 5+ years of management experience in a sales environment 5+ years of successful sales experience in the Business to Business marketplace Strong understanding of Solution Selling/Consultative Sales methodologies Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office applications
