Position Talent Acquisition Specialist (Part-Time; Exempt, Temporary up to 12 weeks) Shift Details Mon – Fri with flexible scheduling. Typical shifts 8:00 AM–12:00 PM or 12:00 PM–4:00 PM. Training days may require additional hours. Work Location Hybrid. Must reside in North Carolina. Compensation $32,000 – $37,500 annually. Summary Responsible for full-cycle recruitment to identify qualified and diverse candidates for licensed, leadership, management, and entry-level positions. Responsibilities Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs and provide an efficient candidate experience. Develop candidate profiles, adhere to headcount budgets, and manage the interview process. Source candidates through online channels, social platforms, and professional networks. Coordinate interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and final interviews. Manage job requisition creation, posting on all platforms, and participation in job fairs. Create and approve job offer letters. Design job descriptions and interview questions aligned with candidate profiles. Maintain relationships with past applicants and passive candidates. Stay current on job‑market trends and assist with recruitment for new programs or business expansion. Assess candidate information using the Applicant Tracking System and update recruitment metrics. Track goals set by Talent Acquisition leadership. Lead employer branding initiatives in partnership with the Marketing team. Promote diversity representation and inclusion hiring initiatives. Encourage teamwork and knowledge sharing within the TA team. Understand and adhere to company compliance standards and policies. Maintain awareness of federal and state regulations and company policies. Perform additional related duties as assigned. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources. Experience: 2–5 years of full‑cycle recruitment and diverse sourcing. Skills: Building talent pipelines, sourcing passive candidates, experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, social media, job posting platforms, vendor relationships, and Microsoft Office (Excel). Detail‑oriented, reliable, able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Excellent written and verbal communication. Travel required based on business needs; valid driver’s license. Minimum age 18; must maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
