Growth-Driven Manufacturing HR Generalist (Hybrid)

The Brewer Company is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations across three Wisconsin locations: Waukesha, Oconomowoc, and Menomonee Falls. You will handle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, training, performance management, and HR recordkeeping. This role acts as a primary HR contact for Acuity Foam, Komponents, and Brewer, handling payroll and employee documentation while promoting a positive, compliant workplace aligned with our LINC values. #J-18808-Ljbffr MRA-The Management Association
