Associate Attorney – Plaintiff Personal Injury South Houston, TX Area $90K–$200K+ Total Compensation Potential A well-established and fast-paced plaintiff personal injury firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience handling personal injury litigation. This role is ideal for an attorney who is confident independently managing their own docket and comfortable taking cases from filing through trial. The firm is looking for someone highly motivated, client-focused, and capable of thriving in a high-volume litigation environment. Spanish bilingual skills are required. Responsibilities Independently manage a docket of plaintiff personal injury cases Handle motor vehicle accident and premises liability/slip and fall matters Take cases from lawsuit filing through trial preparation and resolution Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, and experts Negotiate settlements and assist with trial strategy and preparation Qualifications Active Texas Bar license required 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience Trial experience required Must have experience independently managing a docket Bilingual Spanish preferred Strong litigation, negotiation, and client communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Compensation & Benefits Base salary starting around $90K+ depending on experience Significant bonus potential tied to settlements and case performance Total compensation potential up to $200K+ 401(k) with match Medical, dental, vision, life insurance FSA/HSA options PTO and paid holidays Additional Information 100% onsite role Stable, established plaintiff litigation practice with strong case volume and earning potential
