Service Advisor

HOUSE Automotive is seeking a Service Advisor for our Porsche-focused service center in Encino, CA. The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the service process while delivering a high-end customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery. This role is responsible for building trust with clients, clearly communicating repair and maintenance recommendations, coordinating with technicians, and helping drive service department sales, efficiency, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive communication and follow-up Create accurate repair orders, estimates, and service recommendations Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and repair timelines Monitor vehicle progress and provide status updates to clients Maintain detailed documentation within the shop management system Schedule future maintenance and follow up on declined services Ensure all repair orders meet company standards and compliance requirements Support departmental sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction goals Qualifications: Experience in a Porsche or luxury automotive service center required Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills Ability to build trust and educate clients without high-pressure tactics Experience with repair orders, estimates, and service workflows Familiarity with TekMetric and Shop Genie preferred Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $50,000 – $100,000 annually plus performance bonuses 100% employer-paid health insurance 401(k) retirement plan Ongoing training and career growth opportunities Employee discounts and access to premium tools and systems HOUSE Automotive is an independent company and is not affiliated with Porsche AG or its subsidiaries. #J-18808-Ljbffr Houseautogroup
