Traveling Construction Senior Project Manager (South Bend, IN, and Midwest)

Position: Traveling Senior Project Manager (South Bend, IN, and Midwest) Reports to: Project Executive Primary Location: South Bend, Indiana Project Assignment: Midwest Region Pay Range: $220,000 – $280,000* *Estimated total compensation includes base salary, vehicle allowance, project-based per diem, and eligibility for an annual incentive. Actual total compensation will vary depending on project location and travel requirements. Superior and our tri-venture, CST, is looking for a Traveling Senior Project Manager to help drive our electrical construction projects forward across the Midwest. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing construction projects, scheduling resources, ensuring that budgets and timelines are met, and working closely with the Superintendent and Foremen to ensure the successful progress and completion of the project. This role will begin on a jobsite in South Bend, Indiana, with the opportunity to support future projects in other markets as business needs evolve. This role requires flexibility and willingness to travel and temporarily reside near project sites for extended project assignments. Potential jobsite locations may include Ohio, Indiana, Iowa, and/or Wisconsin.
