Knowledge Management Specialist

To enhance operational efficiency in a fully remote environment, the Knowledge Management Specialist will build and maintain the organization's central Knowledge Center, standardize learning resources, and manage content intake and prioritization to ensure accurate and accessible information for all staff. Key responsibilities Build, structure, and maintain the organization's central Knowledge Center, ensuring governance and version control Translate policies and operational changes into clear learning assets, developing job aids, FAQs, and process documentation Serve as the primary intake point for content change requests, triaging and prioritizing updates to reduce bottlenecks Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communication, Human Resources, Marketing, Education, Training & Development, Knowledge Management, or a related field 2+ years of experience in knowledge management, technical writing, or process documentation Experience creating job aids, SOPs, and operational documentation Proven experience with Learning Management Systems and Knowledge Base platforms Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests effectively
