Work Environment\n

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays and create personalized service plans.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to ensure that each child receives tailored early intervention support.
\n
• Monitor progress and outcomes through engaging with families and team members, adjusting strategies as necessary for optimal effectiveness.
\n
• Provide essential support to families, guiding them through the challenges of early childhood development and ensuring they have access to necessary resources.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations related to social work practice, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of care.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and frameworks to support the learning and development of children, adapting approaches to fit various learning styles.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus on a diverse client population, specifically infants and toddlers aged 0-3 years who face developmental challenges. Working closely with their families, you will guide them through milestones, providing education and support that empowers them to aid their child's growth across physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication domains.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver's license to travel to various client locations as needed.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with children, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with children in early intervention settings.

• Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices to foster children's development.

• Ability to adapt strategies to meet the unique needs of each child and their family.

Compensation and Benefits\n
