Job Details Job Location: Fort Worth, TX 76106 Position Type: Full Time Xtrordinair, a private jet management company, is hiring a full‑time bookkeeper with experience. Responsibilities In charge of all record‑keeping for receipts and expenses. Proficient in QuickBooks, Word, Excel, and Microsoft365. Invoicing responsibilities. Manage all accounting functions in the office, including daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Record and maintain accurate financial records. Coordinate and manage office inventory and supplies. Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings. Perform other administrative duties as needed. Qualifications College degree. 5+ years of relevant experience. Proficient experience with Microsoft365. Experience with QuickBooks. Be able to use a personal cell phone for work. Eye for detail. Strong moral ethics. Must clear background, drug, and alcohol screening. Must be a non‑smoker and professional with a code of conduct adhered to. Aviation knowledge is a plus but not a must.
