Accounts Payable Specialist

If you would like to pursue a fulfilling career at Evolvers, We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to input valid invoices and check requests into the accounts payable processing system; input and process MSO Authority Claims; match vendor invoices to purchase order purchases and receipts; process checks; and perform other accounting duties as requested. Responsibilities Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others Ability to work independently on difficult or complex tasks and keep accurate records Ability to work under stress and maintain a pleasant interaction with others Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to prioritize needs Ability to write clearly and concisely in a businesslike manner when responding to various emails and communications within and outside the department. Ability to learn client's Operating Procedures Qualifications Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable Minimum of 3 years' experience in bookkeeping 3+ years in detailed data processing ; (may be used in place of 1 year of Accounts Payable experience) Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Experience matching purchase order receipts accurately to invoices and processing for payment Experience compiling all supporting documentation for weekly check runs Experience filing check copies with supporting documentation in the closed payable files #J-18808-Ljbffr
