Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description Job Description Our client in Fort Worth is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly become a valuable contributor. The ideal candidate will have prior Accounts Payable experience, preferably within the construction, trade, or industrial sectors, and be comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy. If you're someone who can hit the ground running, we want to hear from you! Two to four years of experience in Accounts Payable, accounting, or construction finance Bilingual communication skills Associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and invoice reconciliation Proficiency with accounting software such as Epicor Eagle, QuickBooks, or similar systems Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong verbal and written communication skills Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Benefits: Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Disability insurance Paid time off 401(k) Salary/Pay rate: $20-24/hr.
