Project Manager (Full-Time)

Audio Visual Project Manager (Full-Time) Harmon’s Audio Visual is seeking a qualified Audio Visual Project Manager to join our Fort Myers office. This role is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of live events across Southwest Florida and other destinations. The Project Manager serves as a key link between clients and technical teams to ensure successful event delivery from concept through completion. Responsibilities Collaborate with the rest of Harmon’s team in the planning and execution of live events Work directly with clients throughout the event planning process to define and confirm audio visual requirements Serve as the primary onsite client contact during events Oversee event logistics including load-in, show execution, labor coordination, and loadout Act as show caller/producer as needed depending on event scope Supervise and support technical staff onsite to ensure high-quality execution Troubleshoot issues in real time and make sound decisions under pressure Maintain clear communication with internal teams before, during, and after events Other duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required 5+ years of experience in the audio visual / live event industry Strong working knowledge of professional audio, video, and lighting systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both client-facing and internal Ability to multitask and manage multiple events or priorities simultaneously Comfortable working flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules Schedule Standard office hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday Additional nights, weekends, and travel required based on event schedule Benefits Paid time off and holidays 401k w/ Employer Match To Apply Please email [emailprotected] and reference the position you are seeking and include a copy of your most up to date resume. #J-18808-Ljbffr
