Senior Client Partner

About the Job As a Senior Client Partner, your role is pivotal in strategically collaborating with our partners to identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth. You will work closely with the media team to craft effective media strategies aligned with client targets, articulate these strategies to clients, secure buy-in, and ensure alignment with client objectives for profitable, consistent, and effective outcomes. Your project management skills and deep understanding of paid advertising campaign management are essential for driving these strategic initiatives. Responsibilities Strategic Partnership Development: Lead high-level communications, including weekly calls, face-to-face meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), to understand partner needs and objectives. Collaborative Media Strategy Formulation: Work with the media team to develop and refine media strategies that meet client targets and goals. Client Engagement and Buy-In: Articulate and present media strategies to clients, securing understanding and buy-in. Data-Driven Revenue Growth: Identify data-driven opportunities to increase revenue and upsell services aligned with client growth objectives. Advanced Relationship Building: Build long-term partnerships with deep understanding of partners’ business contexts and growth potential. Insight and Data Analysis: Deliver actionable insights through data trend analysis and strategic recommendations to drive partner growth. Internal and External Coordination: Coordinate across teams to align internal strategies with partner needs and ensure exceptional service. Goal-Oriented Leadership: Lead goal adoption, measurement, and achievement, and create strategic presentations for ongoing partnership enhancement. Thought Leadership and Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and implement new strategies to maintain a leading position. Integrated Strategy and Operations Strategic Consultant and Coach: Identify and leverage data-driven growth opportunities, devise solutions, and guide teams through strategy execution. Partnership Champion: Advocate for team and partner success, providing essential support and tools. Continuous Strategic Improvement: Regularly refine strategies based on performance analysis to align with objectives and partner goals. Qualifications 5+ years of ad agency experience in a client partnership capacity. 5+ years of experience with Meta, Google, TikTok and SnapChat; email marketing is a plus. Fundamental knowledge of ad targeting methodologies and iterative test-and-learn optimization practices. Proven track record of managing complex relationships and driving new initiatives from them. Driven by solving complex challenges and delighting clients. Comfort with ambiguity and with working in a fast-paced, always-on environment. Outstanding written and oral communication skills. High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and relevant reporting tools. Strong integrity and business ethics; self-motivated and able to work as an individual contributor.
