Job Description:Job SummaryAccountable for achieving the strategic growth objectives of DZMG in the area of GOCO Munitions. Full P&L responsibility for American Ordnance LLC responsible for financial performance and attainment of revenue and net contribution goals and driving a strong safety culture and robust customer relationships.Responsibilities* Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for American Ordnance LLC, coordinating with Day & Zimmermann goals and standards. Develop long-range objectives and business plans that fit the company values and risk profiles. 30%* Maintain key customer relationships within the US government and the defense industry. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
