Project Manager Springfield, IL, US Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually Project Manager – Estimator / Property Adjuster / Xactimate We are ServiceMaster DSI, a restoration leader. This role involves overseeing residential and commercial projects caused by fire, water, mold, and natural disasters. The Project Manager will work with an assigned Construction Superintendent, manage contractors, oversee projects from start to finish, and develop account relationships. Benefits Health and Wellness Insurance, paid vacation Dental, Vision, Life insurance, and 401K Competitive base salary + annual bonus opportunity + company vehicle Requirements 2-3 years prior disaster restoration experience (both residential and commercial) Restoration estimating experience and ability to write scopes in Xactimate Good communication and organizational skills Valid Driver’s License Ability to travel out of town preferred Pass background check and drug screen Responsibilities Provide repair and restoration estimates for provided project leads. Lead communication efforts between customer and insurance providers. Monitor and control construction through the administrative direction of on-site Superintendent to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget. Evaluate construction progress and team performance to ensure projects are built on schedule and within budget. Manage financial aspects of repair and restoration projects. Identify all potential legal problems and litigation for their projects and review them with the Branch Manager and Construction Superintendent. Oversee completion of project close‑out. Represent the company in project meetings. Provide technical assistance and support to all members of the project. Identify new work opportunities and inform Sales and Marketing of potential projects with current clients. Actively lead internal team(s) that focuses on continuous improvement of the business. Promote the growth and development of client, subcontractor and vendor relationships. Familiar with all Policies and Processes as it relates to this position. Proactively identify and solve problems to minimize risk.
