This position is for someone who: Loves people Thrives in a fast-paced environment Is confident recommending services + products Wants to be part of a team that drives results What You’ll Be Responsible For Delivering a high-energy, welcoming guest experience Booking appointments strategically to maximize the schedule Driving rebooking and filling gaps in the day Reaching out to clients (waitlist / no walk-in list) to generate business Recommending retail and service upgrades Keeping the front desk organized, accurate, and efficient Who You Are Outgoing, talkative, and confident with people Naturally persuasive (you can recommend without feeling “salesy”) Organized and detail-oriented Able to multitask under pressure without getting overwhelmed Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do What Makes You Stand Out Experience in retail, hospitality, or salon/spa Comfortable hitting goals (rebooking %, retail, booking) Strong phone and communication skills This Role Is NOT For You If: You don’t like talking to people all day You get overwhelmed in busy environments You prefer strict, repetitive tasks with little interaction You’re uncomfortable recommending products or services Compensation & Growth Competitive hourly pay Performance-based bonuses Employee discounts Opportunity to grow into leadership roles Scheduling Day Shift 7:30 am - 2:30 pm Tuesday through Friday.
