Engineering & WCM Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities Coordinating WCM, risk management, and business continuity activities Leading continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives aligned with business objectives Supporting audits, risk mitigation actions, and annual business continuity plan reviews and testing Advancing HPR and WCM Foundation goals in partnership with site teams Providing technical support for engineering, operational improvement, and small CAPEX projects Delivering training and coaching in Lean Six Sigma and WCM methodologies Sharing best practices to drive consistency and performance across the region Compensation Base salary range: $81,500 to $126,500 per year. Total Target Cash (base pay and annual bonus) range: $89,600 to $139,100. Bonus target is 10% of base salary, variable based on company and individual performance.
