Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Minimum 1 year of quality inspection or quality technician experience
• Experience using inspection and measuring tools
• Ability to record and evaluate quality data accurately

• Test and inspect products throughout various stages of the production process
• Select products for testing according to work order requirements
• Record inspection and test results accurately
• Evaluate data and prepare reports identifying compliance or deviations from quality standards
• Recommend improvements to quality and production processes
• Support quality-related activities including calibration, certifications, and material segregation
• Help maintain product quality and reliability standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.
• Technical training in manufacturing, quality assurance, or inspection procedures is beneficial.
• Experience performing first article, in-process, or final product inspections is beneficial.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, statistical process control, quality documentation, or corrective action procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to producing high-quality work are well positioned for success as a Quality Technician.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to handle inspection equipment and testing tools
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.
• Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
