This role combines technical accounting, client advisory, and process improvement, offering a level of ownership and variety that's difficult to find in traditional public accounting or corporate accounting environments. Manage the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of client engagements Perform month-end and year-end close activities across multiple entities Prepare accurate financial statements and customized management reports Maintain general ledger activity, reconciliations, and supporting schedules Analyze financial results and provide meaningful insights to clients Serve as a trusted advisor by answering accounting and financial questions Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners and stakeholders Take end-to-end ownership of client accounts and deliver exceptional client service Communicate financial information in a clear and actionable manner Support clients through changing business needs and operational challenges Utilize cloud-based accounting platforms and financial technologies Assist with accounting system implementations and data conversions Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency Support continuous improvement initiatives across client engagements Partner with colleagues to deliver high-quality client solutions Share best practices and contribute to workflow improvements Foster a collaborative and service-focused team environment Required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2+ years of experience in public accounting, with a background in tax, audit, or client accounting services (CAS), or comparable accounting experience Understanding of financial statements, month-end close, and general accounting principles Experience managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional client service Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Unlimited PTO with a culture that encourages employees to unplug and recharge Free individual medical benefits + employer HSA contribution 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting Performance-based bonus opportunity Paid parental leave Paid sabbatical program Tuition reimbursement and ongoing professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr Xplora Search Group
