Revenue Operations Analyst

About The Role The role sits at the intersection of sales, finance, and product, owning the data architecture and operational workflows that drive revenue generation. You will optimize the quote-to-cash pipeline, manage CRM data integrity, and build dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into pipeline health and forecasting. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize the CRM and revenue tech stack, ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce, Marketo, and billing systems Design, test, and implement quote-to-cash workflows, approval matrices, and commission structures Build and maintain executive dashboards and reports tracking pipeline velocity, win/loss rates, and ARR forecasts Partner with sales leadership to define territories, quotas, and capacity models Audit data hygiene regularly and implement automated validation rules to maintain database integrity Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical specifications for downstream systems What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics within a high-growth technology company Advanced proficiency in Salesforce administration, CRM management, and SQL for data extraction and analysis Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, revenue models, and the quote-to-cash lifecycle Strong cross-functional communication skills with a proven track record of translating data insights into actionable strategies Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field Bonus: Certified Salesforce Administrator, experience with CPQ tools, and advanced Python or R scripting skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
