Medical Device Assembly Technician | Temp-to-Hire | $18 to $19.50/ hr. | Cincinnati

Pick Your Shift and Pay

• 1st Shift: Mon to Fri, 6:00AM to 2:30PM | **$18.00/hr**
• 2nd Shift: Mon to Fri, 2:00PM to 10:30PM | **$19.00/hr**
• 3rd Shift: Mon to Fri, 10:00PM to 6:30AM | **$19.50/hr**

Monday through Friday schedules, with overtime available on weekdays and weekends.

What You'll Do

• Assemble and package medical devices following clear, documented procedures
• Inspect components, subassemblies, and finished devices to ensure top quality
• Record work and inspection data using Good Documentation Practices
• Follow clean room practices and help keep the work area clean and organized
• Support production with material handling, counting, loading boxes, and other tasks as needed
• Stay current on required online training

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Able to read and write fluently in English
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage your time well
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Takes direction well and adapts to a changing environment
• Experience with small device assembly
• Willing to work overtime as needed

Bonus Points For

• Experience in an FDA or other regulated environment
• Knowledge of GMPs and/or SOPs

Physical Requirements

• Work in an ISO Class 8 clean room for the full shift and maintain high personal hygiene standards
• Wear gowns, hair nets, gloves, safety glasses, and shoe cover throughout the shift
• Work with small parts using hands, tweezers, and magnification
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks and visual inspections for extended periods
• Sit and stand for extended periods
• Operate mechanical machinery and inspection equipment
• Work on-site during scheduled hours
