Scientist II Production Operations

Scientist II Production Operations role at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Chaska, Minnesota, responsible for executing daily production plans, preparing buffers and reagents, and ensuring compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production plan to meet due dates and quality standards per established SOPs
• Independently perform buffer and reagent preparation using good laboratory practices
• Ensure compliance with FDA QSR, GMP, and ISO regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to troubleshoot issues and maintain quality focus

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science field with 3+ years relevant experience, or Master's degree with 1-2+ years experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in good laboratory practices (GLP)
• Ability to execute manufacturing processes and strictly adhere to SOPs
• Knowledge of FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), GMP, and ISO requirements
• Experience in regulated industry preferred
• Familiarity with Access II, DxI800, and DxI9000 instruments a plus

Compensation: $66,000-$78,000 base, plus eligible bonus/incentive pay
