- Complete diagnostic assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
- Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans
- Provide individual therapy and support using evidence-based approaches such as motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and family systems
- Deliver crisis intervention services (in-person and by phone during office hours)
- Coordinate care with internal teams and external providers
- Advocate for clients and support access to needed services
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with agency standards
- Participate in team meetings to support a collaborative care approach
- Experience working with youth, families, and/or groups with behavioral health needs
- Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and DSM-5/ICD-10
- Experience with or understanding of:
- Motivational Interviewing
- Trauma-Informed Care
- Crisis Intervention
- Family Systems approaches
- Strong commitment to client rights and ethical practice
- Master's degree with LISW or LPCC licensure
- Bachelor's degree with relevant experience
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance
- Ability to travel locally as needed
- Successful completion of background check, driving record check, and drug screening
