Job Description

As a Security Officer with Active Clearance Dispatch Coordinator in King Of Prussia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Security Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will coordinate communications, monitor alarm activity, support access control operations, and assist with timely responses to security-related incidents. You will provide professional customer service while helping maintain a secure environment for personnel and operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures for an aerospace and defense billing operations location.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document service requests, and coordinate the appropriate response to routine incidents, alarms, and critical situations.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, shift activity records, and dispatch documentation in accordance with site policies.
• Monitor access control, visitor activity, and incoming deliveries to help support authorized entry and orderly operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, reporting unusual conditions and responding in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess an active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
