Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to lead and expand Modern+Chic's partnership ecosystem.

This role owns the strategy, execution, and performance of our:

• Influencer Marketing
• Affiliate Programs
• Creator Partnerships
• Public Relations
• Brand Collaborations
• Wholesale Development
• Community Events

You'll build meaningful relationships that increase brand awareness, drive revenue, and position Modern+Chic as a leader in affordable luxury accessories.

This position requires someone who is highly organized, analytical, relationship-focused, and excited to build programs from the ground up.

What You'll OwnAffiliate & Creator Program Management

Own and grow Modern+Chic's affiliate programs across multiple platforms including:

• TikTok Shop Affiliates
• Shopify Collabs
• Amazon Creator Program
• Future creator platforms

Responsibilities include:

• Develop affiliate growth strategies
• Monitor sales performance and campaign ROI
• Recruit new creators and affiliates
• Approve creator applications
• Manage product sampling budgets
• Determine commission structures
• Build promotional campaigns
• Maintain affiliate communication
• Optimize product selection for creators
• Analyze performance and adjust strategy
• Work directly with platform representatives for best practices

Influencer Partnerships & Relationship Management

Develop authentic long-term relationships with creators that align with the Modern+Chic brand.

Responsibilities include:

• Source new influencers
• Build creator pipelines
• Negotiate collaborations
• Coordinate product gifting
• Maintain creator communication
• Manage launch schedules
• Provide promotional assets
• Create incentive opportunities
• Encourage ongoing promotion beyond initial campaigns
• Build ambassador relationships

UGC & Creator Content Management

Own all user-generated content partnerships.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate UGC collaborations
• Draft agreements and contracts
• Manage content timelines
• Retrieve content for advertising
• Organize usage rights
• Track performance of paid creator campaigns
• Maintain content library
• Evaluate ROI of creator partnerships

Product Launch Partnerships

Support every major product launch through strategic creator campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

• Build launch creator lists
• Coordinate outreach
• Ship PR packages
• Assign affiliate links and codes
• Deliver marketing assets
• Monitor campaign performance
• Ensure timely content publication
• Maintain communication before, during, and after launch

Brand Collaborations

Serve as the primary contact for collaborative collections and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate collaboration timelines
• Manage partner communication
• Facilitate contracts
• Coordinate photoshoots
• Support product development
• Organize launch assets
• Coordinate creator seeding
• Support launch execution

Wholesale Program Development & Management

Lead the development and long-term growth of Modern+Chic's wholesale business.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute wholesale growth strategy
• Identify new retail opportunities
• Research and prospect boutique partners
• Build relationships with retail buyers
• Manage wholesale inquiries
• Coordinate onboarding of new accounts
• Maintain wholesale pricing and policies
• Create seasonal wholesale marketing materials
• Present new collections to wholesale partners
• Coordinate trade show participation when applicable
• Analyze wholesale sales performance
• Work with internal teams on inventory forecasting
• Increase wholesale revenue through account growth and retention
• Ensure exceptional customer service for wholesale accounts
• Continuously improve the wholesale buying experience

Public Relations & Brand Visibility

Identify opportunities that increase awareness and credibility.

Responsibilities include:

• Research PR opportunities
• Coordinate media outreach
• Manage publication requests
• Secure partnership opportunities
• Coordinate sponsorships
• Manage donations
• Organize swag opportunities
• Identify community partnerships
• Evaluate ROI of PR initiatives

Events & Community Partnerships

Lead planning and execution of community events.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate in-store events
• Plan influencer events
• Manage vendor communication
• Create event timelines
• Coordinate marketing assets
• Organize signage
• Develop run-of-show documents
• Manage event logistics
• Support event execution
• Build community partnerships

Giveaways & Promotional Campaigns

Coordinate influencer and brand giveaways.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan giveaway strategy
• Coordinate with creators
• Organize products
• Manage communication
• Create promotional timelines
• Coordinate social assets
• Assist with winner selection
• Ensure prize fulfillment

Performance & Growth

Measure performance across all partnership initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Track affiliate revenue
• Measure campaign ROI
• Analyze creator performance
• Report wholesale growth
• Monitor PR outcomes
• Identify optimization opportunities
• Develop quarterly growth strategies
• Present performance insights to leadership

Storefront & Team Support

Support the overall success of the business through collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with boutique events
• Support influencer visits
• Communicate promotions to retail staff
• Help create social content as needed
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, and Leadership

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships, wholesale sales, PR, or brand marketing
• Experience managing creator relationships and affiliate programs
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopify Collabs, and influencer marketing platforms
• Experience developing wholesale or B2B partnerships preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-starter with strong ownership mentality
• Passion for fashion, retail, e-commerce, and relationship building
