Number of Beds: 18 bed unit
Number of Staff: 7 staff members on day shift, 6 staff members on night shift
Type of staff:
Day Shift: 1 Charge RN, 4 floor nurses, 1 HUC, and 1 CNA
Night Shift: 1 Charge RN, 4 floor nurses, 1 HUC/CNA
Patient Ratios: RNs range from 1:4 to 1:6, CNAs range from 1:9 to 1:18
Type of equipment: a variety of equipment utilized for mobilization, lift equipment, cyclers for peritoneal dialysis, scales
EMR: Cerner

Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Appropriate licensure for specific role applying for (RN/CAN) or needs to be in school for that particular licensure
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
BSN
Certified peritoneal dialysis nurse
Cerner experience

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
BLS, RN licensure, PCT certificate
Floating Area(s):
Can float to like units or be utilized as a sitter if needed.

Scrub Color/Attire - RN: navy blue, CNA: galaxy blue
