Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk

Volt is hiring for an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk position with a growing company in Torrance, CA.

As an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will:

• Follow all company procedures and support daily accounting operations
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate records
• Input accounting transactions into internal systems
• Handle vendor invoices and process payments
• Prepare deposits and assist with financial reporting
• Manage customer accounts from setup through completion
• Process credit card payments and generate reports
• Support administrative tasks and assist with scheduling as needed

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 12 years of AP/AR experience required
• QuickBooks Enterprise experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good math and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills

Pay: $27.00 - 28.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
