Production Associate 1st Shift

Base pay range is $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience. Shift Hours Monday - Friday (5:00AM - 2:30PM, hours may vary depending on operations). We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Associate to support daily operations through material handling, offloading, and equipment operation. This role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. Key Responsibilities Offload incoming materials safely and efficiently Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in accordance with safety guidelines Band, secure, and organize materials for storage or shipment Assist with general crew tasks to support production and delivery operations Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and operational standards Qualifications Forklift operation experience (preferred) Strong banding and material securing skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Basic understanding of warehouse or production operations Willingness and ability to learn company systems and processesStrong work ethic with a demonstrated commitment to reliability and attendance Positive attitude with a drive to grow and contribute to company success Additional Expectations Demonstrates initiative and accountability in daily tasks Shows a strong desire to learn and improve Maintains consistent attendance and punctuality Supports team members and contributes to a positive work environment Benefits Medical, dental, and vision benefits start day 1.
