Warehouse Customer Service Rep

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and customer service industry, is seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Warehouse Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent organizational abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Customer Service Rep
Location: Cudahy, WI
Pay Range: $19
Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am until 3:00 pm
What's the Job?
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues related to deliveries and customer requests
- Monitor progress of delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps to maintain accurate records and processing
What's Needed?
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-year related experience, preferably within a call center environment
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
- Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
