Position Summary

Support OTs in delivering exceptional patient care by focusing on therapy goals and patient progress. Use AI-supported tools to assist in documentation, allowing more time for quality patient interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with therapy sessions and monitor patient progress.
• Use AI technology to ensure clear and accurate documentation of sessions.
• Reduce administrative workloads and focus more on hands-on care.

Education and/or Experience

• Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy .
• Two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting .

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations

• Active and unencumbered Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of employment required .
• Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association .
