Program Operations Manager — Peer Support & Home Care Staffing Initiative

A leading peer support organization in Pennsylvania is launching an innovative program that leverages excess staff from home care agency partners to deliver Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) services under their Medicaid contract. This is a newly created role responsible for the day-to-day operations and compliance oversight of this program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing home care agency partners
• Vet and ensure eligibility of home care staff serving as Certified Peer Specialists
• Oversee session documentation, note compliance, and billing accuracy under Medicaid guidelines
• Ensure all services billed under the organization's contract meet state and federal requirements
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact between the organization and partner agencies

Ideal Background:

• Home care industry experience, preferably in an operational or program management capacity
• Strong working knowledge of Medicaid billing and documentation requirements
• Experience with peer support services or behavioral health a plus
• Corporate, polished, and comfortable interfacing with agency leadership
• Detail-oriented with a strong compliance mindset
