We're now hiring Property And Casualty Insurance Advisors who want to grow a fulfilling career centered around cultivate strong relationships. In this role, you'll provide accurate and timely responses to a variety of calls that will include, but not be limited to travel insurance coverage questions and discover the root cause behind a caller's interest in travel insurance and align their needs with the appropriate product.

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing quality customer service. This includes assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Need to be available M-F 9:30-7:15pm EST
• Must have an active property and casualty or personal lines
• Proficiency in email, preferably MS Outlook is required
• 1 year of experience in a Call Center is required
• 1 year of experience in a Sales related role or a role with Sales aspects, is required
• Experience in the Insurance industry is preferred.
• Experience in the Travel Industry is preferred.
