As a Service Manager, you'll take the lead on the guest experience from the moment guests walk through the door until they leave. You'll coach and develop our Front of House Team Members, oversee daily service, solve problems, and work alongside your team to keep the dining room running smoothly.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who genuinely enjoys people. You'll spend your time leading from the floor, supporting your team, connecting with guests, and making sure the service we provide lives up to the food we're proud to serve.What You'll DoAs a Service Manager, you'll help lead Front of House operations, including:Leading, coaching, and supporting Front of House Team MembersCreating a friendly, positive, and welcoming environment for guests and team membersBeing visible and engaged on the restaurant floor throughout your shiftTraining team members on service standards, procedures, and guest careSetting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback and coachingOverseeing daily Front of House operations and shift executionMaking sure guests are greeted, tables are cared for, and service stays attentive throughout the mealSupporting register operations and ensuring accurate cash-handling proceduresResponding to guest questions, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and careResolving problems quickly and finding solutions that create a positive guest experienceCoordinating with the kitchen and management team to keep service running smoothlyHelping create schedules and ensuring appropriate staffing for each shiftMaintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, entrance, restrooms, and other guest areasEnsuring Front of House food safety, sanitation, and company procedures are followedMonitoring Front of House supplies and communicating ordering needsIdentifying opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and the overall guest experienceStepping into Front of House positions when needed during busy periodsWhat We're Looking ForGreat Service Managers know how to lead a team while never losing sight of the guest.
